2§. Use of exocad: The company uses exocad as a central part of its digital dental design service. Users do not need to have a deep understanding of exocad or its functions to use the service. The company aims to make exocad use as intuitive as possible for users, but if users need help or support with exocad, the company can provide a guide or other documentation.
3§. Responsibility for content: Users are solely responsible for all content created or transferred through the digital dental design service. The company cannot be held responsible for content created by users.
4§. Data retrieval: Users may request that all data stored by the company for their account be removed from the company's systems. However, it may take up to 30 days for the company to remove all data.
5§. The company aims to protect users' personal information and all content created by providing a secure service for digital dental design. The company does not share personal information with third parties without the user's consent.
6§. Changes to terms: The company may change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of the changes in advance, and use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes consent to the new terms.
7§. Users of the digital dental design service will be invoiced according to the company's current price list. All prices are in the currency specified on the company's website and include any applicable VAT or other taxes. Payment can be made through the payment options available on the company's website. If payment is not received by the due date, the user's account may be suspended until payment is received.
8§. Delivery: The company strives to deliver the finished dental design to the user as soon as possible after the user has completed the order. Delivery times may vary depending on the user's specific order and other factors, such as the volume of ongoing orders. The company will notify the user when the dental design is completed and sent. Delivery of the dental design is digital, usually via email or a secure file transfer platform. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that correct and current contact information is available to ensure that the dental design is delivered to the correct recipient. The company cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by the user.
9§. User's responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to the company is accurate and up to date. Users are also responsible for having permission to use all content included in the dental designs created using the company's service. Users agree not to use the service to create dental products, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of others' rights.
10§. Limitation of Liability: The company cannot be held liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of its digital dental design service, including loss of data, revenue or goodwill. In the event that the company is held liable for such losses or damages, the total liability of the company shall not exceed the amount invoiced for the specific dental design that caused the damage.
11§. Changes to Terms: The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. Users are encouraged to regularly check the company's website to ensure they are aware of the latest terms.
12§. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of the company's digital dental design service shall be resolved through negotiations between the company and the user. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
