Dental CAD Design, abbreviated for Dental Computer-Aided Design, represents an innovative technology that enables laboratories to create accurate digital representations of tooth restorations, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and all-on-x, through specialized software. These digital drawings serve as a guide for manufacturing physical restorations via computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) methods such as milling or 3D printing.

For our standard per-unit fee, invoices are issued on the 1st and 16th of each month. Opting for the prepaid solution simplifies things as you're charged monthly on the 1st of each month.
The prepayment option for design work involves paying for the service in advance, before any work begins. Essentially, you pay for a predetermined number of design devices upfront. Once you've prepaid for these devices, you can submit design requests as needed, and the cost of each design will be deducted from your prepaid balance. This method not only offers convenience but also often offers discounts, sometimes up to 50%, streamlining the payment process. Choosing the prepayment option for design work also reduces administrative tasks as it simplifies the payment process and eliminates the need for frequent billing and billing cycles. With a prepaid balance in place, both parties can focus more on the design process themselves, improving efficiency and productivity.
If you decide to stop prepaying for your devices, please provide a week's notice before the next billing cycle. You can communicate this decision by contacting CadMy at info@CadMy.comWe'll help you transition to the standard pricing structure.
If you choose to prepay for devices in the middle of the month, you won't be charged the full price. Instead, you'll receive an invoice for a prorated amount based on the remaining number of working days in the month.
Once your full prepaid amount has been used up, any additional work will be charged at the prepaid rate. At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice for any extra units consumed. It's important to note that the prepaid amount doesn't carry over to the next month; Any unused funds are not rolled over. To get the most out of your prepaid balance, it is recommended to use the allotted amount within the specified time frame.
